About Joshua Zukofsky

Joshua Zukofsky, Esq., is a partner at Azoulay Weiss LLP. Mr. Zukofsky has over fifteen years of experience in all aspects of landlord-tenant litigation. Throughout his legal career, Mr. Zukofsky has focused on handling summary eviction proceedings, as well as complex commercial actions, representing both small property owners and some of the largest landlords in New York City. Mr. Zukofsky is an ardent advocate for his clients both inside the courtroom and throughout the settlement and negotiation process.

Mr. Zukofsky regularly appears before the Supreme, Civil and Housing Courts throughout New York. 

Mr. Zukofsky earned his undergraduate degree from the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University Bloomington in 2003, and his law degree from Brooklyn Law School in 2006.
